读了“根鸟”后，我发现这本书并非我起初所想象得无聊。这本书表现出了勇气和信任。信任，我在根鸟起初得到这封信时看见了信任。即使父亲告诉自己那是一场谎言，即使他从人们身旁得不到任何的消息，即使他在种种寻访后还是没有消息，他并不放弃。勇气，根鸟并不畏惧那些高山，也不畏惧那些深谷，他一直相信写信人。哪怕要寻访有多难，他却尽心尽力，到处寻访那女生。吸引我的是这本书的内容。我本来不喜欢这本书，一直以为根鸟是一种鸟，谁知我读了这本书后才发现根鸟其实是一个人的名字，让我不禁哈哈大笑。此书的内容丰富在他从打猎到他和独眼佬发生的事和金枝的事都十分有趣。我觉得此书对我们的写作十分有益，因为我发现这本书有着许多的描写的描写手法。这本书的结局并非十分伤悲，它给我的感觉是十分欣慰地结束这本书。我十分喜欢这本书，我觉得在假期中这么利用时间是对的，因为我过了一个十分充实的假期！ 陈万运（29）
